Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, troubleshooting, and supporting end users and admin support via ticketing system
- System reviews and best practice advice may be requested
- Client requested data conversions
- Maintain client service level agreements
- Review and maintain client’s portfolio in their system of record
- Implementing best practice ideas in client systems
- Reporting ticket counts and repeat issues with clients
- Create and deliver customized training materials and documentation
- Liaison for both internal and external customers
- Support Senior Consultants on projects as needed
Key Qualifications:
At least 2 years of property management systems experience required (Yardi, Entrata or RealPage experience preferred)
Above average proficiency in a Real Estate Platform (Multifamily, Commercial, Senior housing, and Affordable experience all considered)
Previous technical/software support experience
Ability to switch tasks quickly and work with multiple clients and changing deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software applications quickly
Ability to manage multiple tasks with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to be a self-starter and be comfortable with remote work
